MOTHER TONGUE ACTIVITY LEADER

DESTINATIONS

Selected Universities located in New York, Boston, Palm Beach, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Toronto.

TASKS
The main tasks of this role include but are not limited to:
– Attending all the necessary training days (free of charge)
– Arriving before the first student arrivals to help with the initial preparation of the Center
– Working as part of a team with the Activity Manager and other activity staff to help plan a wide range of afternoon and evening activities, which may include sports, arts and crafts, music, drama, quizzes, themed discos, karaoke, talent shows and off-campus visits and excursions
– Setting up and supervising planned activities
– Assisting with arrivals and departures
– Accompanying students on full-day and half-day excursions, leading local tours
– Supervise students during meals, lesson breaks and when in the halls of residence
– Being willing to help and assist in the event of an emergency
– Being enthusiastic and committed to the welfare and security of students and group leaders at all times
– Encouraging students speak English and participate fully in the activity program

PERIOD
mid-June to Mid-August 2026 with a minimum of 3-4 weeks of availability. Once onsite the job is 24/7

APPLICANT’S REQUIREMENTS
Educational level: English mothertongue with College/University degree
US, Canada & UK Citizens only
Professional experience: flexibility, knowledge in sports, theatre, musicals as well as skills in working with kids and in a team are required and essential. Passion for languages as well as travel is a plus.
Computer skills: the knowledge of Office is a plus but not mandatory
Driving license: not needed

MINIMUM AGE: 20

REMUNERATION
(currency): 400 euro net every 14 days
